Role Purpose
Reporting to the Head of Airside, the incumbent will manage resources to meet service standards for customer airlines, allocate tasks to the Back of House Team based on skill level, and ensure consistent delivery of a world‑class product.
Responsibilities
* Understand airline standards and requirements.
* Allocate all airside resources—including staff and equipment—to flights.
* Pre‑plan airside operations and highlight any resourcing shortfalls to the Duty Manager in good time to ensure shift changes are actioned accordingly.
* Complete all delay, accident and shift reports.
* Ensure a full understanding of all health & safety aspects of the operation.
* Maintain knowledge of safety, security and compliance obligations.
