Credit Hire Associate – Birmingham
Our client, a global law firm renowned for its expertise in dispute resolution and insurance litigation, is seeking a Litigation Supervisor to join its Motor team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Litigator to handle complex intermediate and multi-track cases while mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to team growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of Fast Track and Intermediate Complex Credit Hire matters independently
* Supervise, train and support junior team members
* Draft and file court documents and lead negotiations
* Ensure compliance with procedural standards and deliver high-quality client service
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent experience)
* Circa 4+ years' experience handling high-value litigated Credit Hire claims
* Minimum 18 months' experience supervising or mentoring others
* Strong negotiation, organisational and communication skills
* Demonstrable ability to manage cases from instruction through to resolution
