This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Brand Manager to join our client, taking responsibility for developing and delivering innovative brand strategies across a specialist therapy area portfolio, including ophthalmology.

Role Overview
The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating brand strategies and marketing campaigns in line with business objectives. Working closely with Business Unit Leads, the successful candidate will take ownership of brand planning, tactical execution, digital content, and compliance across key therapy areas, including ophthalmology.
Key Responsibilities
* Adapt brand strategy and create tactical marketing plans to deliver sales targets
* Develop customer and patient journeys to support omnichannel strategies
* Lead the production, implementation, and tracking of product-specific marketing campaigns within budget and timelines
* Manage new and existing promotional materials, ensuring compliance through Veeva PromoMats
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales analysis, forecasting, and commercial insights
* Support digital communication channels including corporate websites and LinkedIn
* Drive innovation through continuous learning and alignment with emerging trends and technology
* Provide logistical support to the sales team for meetings, congresses, and customer interactions
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be a results-driven pharmaceutical marketing professional with proven experience in brand management within the UK market.
* Degree or equivalent professional qualification
* Minimum 3 years’ UK pharmaceutical brand management experience
* Strong track record in brand planning, strategy execution, and campaign delivery
* Digital marketing experience (Veeva Approved Email desirable)
* Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
* Good knowledge of the ABPI Code of Practice and Veeva PromoMats
* Experience within ophthalmology or specialist therapy areas (preferred)
* Team player with proactive approach, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple priorities
