Overview:
This group of companies is seeking an administrator to support our finance team at our office in Harrogate. Accounts experience is not required for this administrative position, however the successful candidate will need to be numerate and IT literate. We use Excel, Sage accounting software and in house databases.
Responsibilities:
- processing customer paperwork for pricing and invoicing;
- uploading customer invoices onto their organisations' portals;
- contacting customers to obtain order numbers;
* liaising with external offices to ensure all paperwork is received;
* filing customer and other paperwork;
* supporting the finance and the wider team as required with other administrative tasks.
Skills:
- ability to work accurately in an open office environment;
- strong data entry skills with attention to detail;
- familiarity with MS Office and use of databases would be an advantage.

Pay: £25,480.00 per year
