The Role
As a Java Developer, you'll split your time between hands-on technical engineering alongside driving best practice and projects.
What You'll Do
1. Working primarily in Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.)
2. Drive design and architecture decisions for scalable, secure, and performant systems
3. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and DevOps to deliver high-impact features
4. Conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and promote engineering best practices
5. Continuously improve team workflows and development processes
What They're Looking For
6. Good expertise in Java and JVM-based systems (3+ years coding experience preferred)
7. Solid background in system design, distributed systems, and cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP)
8. Passion for clean code, testing, and performance optimization
9. Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
10. A mindset for innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement

11. Experience in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
12. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
