Pay Range: £165 – £250 per day
Working Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm

We are seeking a dedicated English Teacher to join a highly regarded secondary school in Southampton from September 2025 on a long-term contract until July 2026. What You’ll Be Doing
Teaching English to students across KS3 and KS4
Planning and delivering inspiring lessons that engage and challenge learners
Assessing, marking, and tracking student progress in line with curriculum standards
Collaborating with a dedicated English department to share best practice and resources
Supporting the wider school community, including extracurricular opportunities

What We’re Looking For
UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Recent experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4
Strong subject knowledge and a real passion for English language and literature
A reflective, motivated teacher committed to continuous improvement
A team player who is keen to contribute to the life of the school
