Senior Sales Negotiator / Associate - Residential Sales (Oxford)
Basic Salary: Up to £30,000
On Target Earnings: £60,000+
Car Allowance: Up to £4,500

Package:
* Basic Salary: Up to £30,000
* OTE: £60,000+
* Car Allowance: Up to £4,500
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM - 6PM, 1 in 3 Saturdays
Key Responsibilities:
* Accompany applicants on property viewings
* Handle telephone and email enquiries from applicants and vendors
* Register new enquiries and arrange appointments
* Follow up on all enquiries efficiently
* Negotiate sales and manage offers
* Generate a targeted number of viewings per week
* Manage sales progression, liaising with solicitors and all relevant parties
* Maintain accurate records of all activity
* Promote all company services to generate new and repeat business
* Demonstrate a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
* Develop client relationships and secure future instructions
* Provide a first-class level of customer service at all times
