* Contribute to team preparation: task allocation, product briefings, and organization of key sales moments.
* Co-lead the operational team (Stock Handlers, Inventory Clerks, Sales Associates, Cashiers): train, guide, and prepare them while raising awareness of the specific requirements of our partner brands.
During The Sale
* Ensure the smooth operational management of the showroom:
* Task distribution, break management, and customer flow optimization.
* Maintain showroom quality and ensure continuous replenishment.
* Lead and motivate the team on the floor, supporting their development and commercial engagement.
* Drive sales performance by monitoring KPIs and maintaining a proactive presence on the sales floor.
* Deliver a flawless client experience: advising, assisting, handling feedback, and acting as a true ambassador for the brand.
* Relay client insights to the sales team with the goal of maximizing sales opportunities.
After The Sale
* Oversee the product repacking according to partner brand requirements.
* Contribute to performance analysis: evaluate results, share feedback, and suggest improvements (e.g., merchandising, organization).
* Support accurate and relevant reporting to facilitate decision-making and continuous improvement.
Who Are you:
* An entrepreneurial spirit with strong interpersonal skills, you have a genuine sense of sales and client service. You are skilled in team management and leadership, and as a hands-on manager, you enjoy being actively involved in showroom operations.
