Overview
IT Change & Release Manager / IT Change Manager – Leeds area, Hybrid role. Lead & deliver functions within a large public sector managed service operating within a SIAM (Service Integration and Management) model. Define, develop, implement, adopt and optimise Change & Release management processes in a multi-tower environment. Define process strategy and goals for Change & Release Management across all Service towers. Attend process review forums to drive continuous improvement and effectiveness of processes. Monitor KPIs and report on Service Tower performance against process KPI's. Participate in Change and Release Management processes including eCAB/CAB. Ideal candidates will have excellent working knowledge of ITIL (ITIL v4 accreditation ideal), SIAM and CMDB.
