Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generator to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting our clients’ success.
The successful candidate will generate leads for various clients across a variety of industry sectors that it works with.
This role involves direct communication with businesses and organisations across a wide range of industry sectors. You’ll be reaching out via phone, building rapport, identifying needs, and generating qualified leads and appointments for the relevant business teams to convert.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound calls to a variety of businesses and organisations across different industries.
* Generate high-quality leads for multiple clients, tailored to their unique requirements.
* Achieve and exceed lead generation targets.
* Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with potential clients through confident and engaging communication.
* Accurately record all lead data and interactions in the relevant reporting tools.
* Work independently while staying aligned with overall campaign goals and client expectations.
* Collaborate with team managers to continuously improve performance and lead quality.
The successful candidate will be:
* Experienced in lead generation and cold calling, ideally within a B2B environment.
* Motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving measurable results.
* Sales-focused, with a keen interest in generating business opportunities.
* Confident in making outbound calls and engaging with decision-makers across different industries.
* Personable and able to easily build rapport with prospective customers.
* Self-motivated and capable of working effectively on your own initiative.
* Professional and friendly in communication, both verbal and written.

Required Experience: 2 years lead generation which must include cold calling B2B
Hours: 40 per week
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £28k plus up to £10k in OTE
Schedule: Monday to Friday
