Are you looking for a dynamic role? Are you able to work well under pressure, with a keen eye for detail? We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our busy Exeter Branch on a full-time, permanent basis.
The team supports the busy workshop by managing, booking, and maintaining job cards, ensuring they are accurately processed within a timely manner. You will engage and communicate with customers, colleagues, and key stakeholders at all levels.
In this role, you will also support the parts department with ordering parts and subcontract work when required. You will be responsible for costing the work, raising invoices from job cards/repair orders, managing cash and cheques for work completed and parts used, and charging back to appropriate accounts. Additionally, you will report on time, hours sold, statistics, and budgetary information as needed.
We are looking for someone who is flexible, proactive, and enjoys working in a face-to-face environment. You will work in a small, passionate team. Ideally, you will have some technical knowledge and administrative experience in a customer service environment.
