The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Edinburgh, working on a hybrid basis. This role will manage and deliver one or more programme work streams to meet business objectives.
The role will involve working across various projects spanning business, operations, and IT change.

You'll be:
* Leading projects or work streams within larger programs, ensuring timely, within-budget delivery according to plan.
* Applying project management methods, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and issue resolution.
* Distilling complex information to identify root issues or see the bigger picture.
* Building and managing effective project teams, including recruitment and motivation.
* Managing budgets, forecasting, and expenditures.
* Planning and managing resources, including contingency planning.
* Maintaining stakeholder relationships to ensure project requirements are met.
You should apply if you:
* Have experience in Life and Pensions or wider Financial Services.
* Proven track record in delivering large projects and programmes.
* Skilled in managing and motivating diverse teams.
* Experienced with medium to high-scale or high-risk projects, particularly in outsourcing or financial services.
* Capable of managing multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
* Versatile, quick to learn new areas, and able to build credibility across disciplines.
* Deep understanding of Life and Pensions operations and internal functions.
