Requirements: Speak English to an appropriate standard. Enhanced DBS Check required. Overseas criminal record checks may be required if the successful candidate has lived overseas in the last five years. Candidates must be prepared to start with all necessary legal documents (e.g., a valid visa). Barnsley Council does not sponsor visas.
Duties Will Include
* Supporting and supervising performers and artists.
* Building and breaking down event equipment.
* Engaging with event attendees and members of the public.
* Front‑of‑house operations.
* Business engagement activities.
* Promotional material distribution.
* Manual handling.
* Working as part of a cohesive team.
* Site monitoring and adhering to Health & Safety protocols.
* Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of specific event delivery.
* Adhering to event‑specific policies and procedures.
