What You’ll Need:
Experience supporting children in a primary or EYFS setting (school, nursery, or childcare)
A calm, consistent, and positive approach to classroom support
Confidence supporting phonics, reading, and early numeracy in small groups or 1:1
Strong communication skills and the ability to use initiative
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
Your Role Will Include:
Assisting the class teacher with lessons and day-to-day routines
Supporting targeted interventions in phonics, reading, and maths
Encouraging engagement through play, discussion, and visual resources
Building strong, positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
Flexible options for part-time or full-time work depending on your availability
