Connells Group is looking for a Qualified Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our successful team in our Mann Estate Agency Brand in Canterbury.
This is an excellent opportunity for a CeMAP-qualified individual looking to start or develop their career in mortgage and protection advice. Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
- Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
- Support customers throughout the mortgage and protection process.
- Develop your knowledge and advisory skills through coaching and training.
- Deliver excellent customer service while working towards performance targets.
Skills & Experience
- Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Ambitious, motivated and eager to develop a career in financial services.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
