Responsibilities
* Assist residents with personal hygiene, ensuring optimum independence, dignity and respect.
* Recognise and understand clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls and signs of infection, and raise any identified risks in a timely manner.
* Act courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident.
* Practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
Qualifications & Experience
* No prior experience required; comprehensive induction and training programme provided.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Initiative and respectful attitude towards residents and other people in the home.
* Efficient worker capable of following reasonable instructions from other team members.
* Adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities on short notice.
* DBS disclosure check (cost covered by employer) and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
Benefits & Compensation
