About the role
An ideal opportunity has arisen for an individual who is seeking a career in HR.
The People and Organisation Service is looking to appoint a Human Resources Assistant on a part-time basis.
The post holder will provide support and assistance to managers, headteachers, governors and staff on a range of HR matters.
The post holder will be required to provide advice to staff on HR matters such as DBS checks, business cases, leave entitlements etc.
Training will be provided to the successful applicant.
We are looking for an individual who is computer literate, with experience of Office applications, email and internet.
Good interpersonal and organisational skills as well as precise attention to detail are essential for our team as is a full understanding of the need for absolute confidentiality.
