Surround Support Limited is a CQC-regulated provider delivering high-quality, person-centred community support to adults with learning disabilities across North Somerset.
We are recruiting a full-time and Part Time Community Support Worker to provide 1:1 support within the community. This is a Monday to Friday role, offering genuine work-life balance, with optional weekend overtime available.

About the Role
As a Community Support Worker, you will:
* Provide 1:1 support to adults with learning disabilities in the community
* Promote independence, dignity and choice
* Support life skills such as cooking, budgeting and routines
* Assist with community access including appointments and activities
* Follow person-centred care plans and risk assessments
* Record accurate daily notes using our digital care system
* Work in line with safeguarding procedures and the Mental Capacity Act
This is a lone-working community role, with full management and team support.

Essential Requirements
* Full UK driving licence
* Access to own vehicle for work
* Willingness to travel across North Somerset
* Reliable, professional and caring approach
* Strong communication skills
* Willingness to undertake mandatory training
Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided.
