We're a small, nurturing 4-bed children's home, supporting young people aged 7–17 who've experienced trauma, emotional and behavioural challenges, and disrupted attachments. Our aim? To provide a safe, stable, therapeutic environment where healing and hope take root.

* Leading the home's day-to-day operations with a trauma-informed, child-centred approach
* Creating and reviewing personalised care plans that actually work for each young person
* Guiding, supporting and inspiring your team—think coach, not boss
* Being a champion for our children—liaising with families, professionals, and partner agencies
* Ensuring Ofsted standards are not just met, but exceeded
* Building a home where kids feel seen, safe, and supported every single day
* Keeping all documentation in check, and using it to inform smarter, more responsive care
What You'll Bring
* A recognised qualification in health/social care & Level 5 Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare (or working towards it)
* At least 2 years experience in children's residential care and leading teams
* A deep understanding of trauma, mental health, and attachment theory
* A strong safeguarding ethos, and a drive to always do better
* Confidence, emotional resilience, and a wicked sense of humour wouldn't hurt either
Important Stuff
* You must have the right to work in the UK
* A full enhanced DBS check is required
* We are an equal opportunities employer and actively welcome diversity in all its forms
