Group Summary
The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.

Job Responsibilities
* Leadership qualification i.e. ELLT
* IOSH trained
* Experience with Microsoft Office
* MAFACT processes and principals (internal training)
* Managing People and processes
* Time served apprenticeship mechanical / electrical
* Experience in Robotics, PLC programming, Inverters, pneumatics, hydraulics, AC/DC controls systems and inductive power systems is essential. A working knowledge of Ethernet, Interbus S, Modbus & wireless controls networking is also required. Candidates are required to modify existing PLC code when required.
* Electrical / electronic software engineering
* Candidates must be able to work using their own initiative, and be able to liaise with other functions and departments at all levels within the company
* Preventative maintenance techniques and system controls (CMMS)
* Knowledge of CDM policies and practices
* Charter training (internal training)
