We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated teacher, ideally with a background in English, Maths, or Science, to join our pastoral team as a Head of Year. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding pastoral care and guidance to a designated year group.
* Monitor and support the academic progress of students, working closely with subject teachers.
* Promote high standards of behaviour, attendance, and engagement.
* Liaise effectively with parents, carers, and external agencies.
* Lead a team of form tutors to ensure consistent support for students.
* Contribute to the wider pastoral provision and ethos of the school.

Qualifications & Experience:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Proven experience of effective teaching at secondary level, ideally in a core subject (English, Maths, Science).
* Strong pastoral skills and a genuine commitment to student well-being.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Ability to lead and motivate a team of form tutors.
