Job Description:
Our client is a leading wealth manager seeking an experienced employment legal counsel for its EMEA Legal & Compliance team in London.
This role involves advising on contentious and non-contentious employment law across the EMEA region, including employee relations, grievances, performance management, disciplinaries, flexible working, redundancies, mutual separation agreements, TUPE transfers, Employment Tribunal and Labour Court litigation, and ACAS early conciliation. Additionally, advising on regulatory projects such as Gender Pay Gap reporting, SMCR, and the Modern Slavery Act.
The ideal candidate will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, with at least 2 years' PQE advising Financial Services clients. Secondment experience is a plus but not mandatory.
This is a unique opportunity for an employment lawyer seeking their first in-house role to collaborate with an exceptional legal team on high-quality employment matters.
