Duplo International is a leading Print Finishing provider, renowned for the precision and automation of its finishing solutions.
Role responsible for generating sales in a defined territory, direct B2B & via partner/dealer accounts, developing the continual expansion of the Channel sales network.
* Responsible for achieving overall Sales target, supplying Duplo and 3rd party OEM print finishing equipment.
* Working closely with existing customers, prospects (B2B) and via the Channel – (Dealers/VAR’s/OEM Partners).
* Professionally manage Channel relationships to improve business levels, customer loyalty and satisfaction.
* Drive continued growth from the existing customer base through engaged, loyal, supported customers and continually uncover opportunities to gain new customers.
* Build solid relationships between customer and company – play a strategic role in delivering unequalled customer satisfaction.
* Assume role of trusted advisor and educate/inform customers and partners of new innovative technologies available to them in support of their business growth.
* Deliver first class service & ensure partners and customers maximise benefits from their investment with Duplo.
* Present Duplo products favourably and in a structured professional way face-to-face during demonstrations.
* Represent Duplo at Trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
