Job Title: Early Career Teacher

Salary: Up to £150 per day (Depending on experience)

As an ECT, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons that engage and challenge pupils while receiving the mentorship and professional development needed to complete your induction successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver creative and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and development.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support student achievement.
* Participate in professional development and mentoring sessions to enhance your teaching practice.
* Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities and events.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending completion by September 2025.
* A genuine passion for teaching and making a positive impact on students’ lives.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Willingness to learn and take on feedback from mentors and colleagues.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* Have an enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
* Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps).
