We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Skincare Counter Manager, working in a luxury Department Store in the heart of London.

This brand is a neuroscience-based skincare company that emphasizes the connection between skin and emotions.

As a Counter Manager, you will be a brand ambassador, actively driving sales and motivating Beauty Consultants to meet their targets.

You will lead and coach your team, ensuring personalized luxury service for clients, and develop your client base through recruiting both domestic and international clientele.

An overview of your responsibilities:

General

* Lead and manage the team, fostering a positive and high-performance environment.
* Set goals, organize schedules, and ensure high-quality service.
* Maintain confidentiality and manage customer files.
* Oversee counter operations and identify opportunities.
* Build relationships with store management.
* Manage budgets and stock orders, adhering to company policies.
* Develop clientele, organize events, and network within the community.
* Lead the team to achieve or surpass sales targets.
* Proactively sell, suggest complementary products, and provide luxury service.
* Aim to increase average transaction value and items per transaction.
* Coordinate counter activities and manage appointments.

Management

* Coach and develop team members, and manage stock levels.
* Grow the business through events and appointments.
* Ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.
* Manage and evaluate the performance of beauty therapists.

Service

* Have thorough knowledge of all the brand’s products.
* Demonstrate products through consultations and makeovers.
* Recruit new clients, build relationships, and foster loyalty.
* Educate clients on products and brand benefits.
* Achieve CRM and service-related targets.

The ideal candidate will have high-end Beauty Counter management experience. To succeed, you should be sales-oriented, customer-focused, and driven to grow the business. Confidence in engaging customers and converting sales is essential.

You should possess excellent product knowledge, communication skills, and experience in new business development and team management.
