As a Counter Manager, you will be a brand ambassador, actively driving sales and motivating Beauty Consultants to meet their targets.
You will lead and coach your team, ensuring personalized luxury service for clients, and develop your client base through recruiting both domestic and international clientele.
An overview of your responsibilities:
General
* Lead and manage the team, fostering a positive and high-performance environment.
* Set goals, organize schedules, and ensure high-quality service.
* Maintain confidentiality and manage customer files.
* Oversee counter operations and identify opportunities.
* Build relationships with store management.
* Manage budgets and stock orders, adhering to company policies.

* Coordinate counter activities and manage appointments.
Management
* Coach and develop team members, and manage stock levels.

* Ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.
* Manage and evaluate the performance of beauty therapists.
Service
* Have thorough knowledge of all the brand’s products.
* Demonstrate products through consultations and makeovers.
* Recruit new clients, build relationships, and foster loyalty.
* Educate clients on products and brand benefits.
* Achieve CRM and service-related targets.
