This is both a strategic and hands-on position, leading and coaching a team while also developing your own pipeline of opportunities. The successful individual would work closely with senior leaders across the consultancy and marketing functions to refine the commercial strategy, deepen referral networks, and build long-term business relationships. A key part of the role is embedding a sales-driven culture while continuing to promote tailored compliance solutions that enable clients to manage regulatory complexity effectively. This opportunity may appeal to someone with proven experience in business development and leadership within financial services, ideally with exposure to wealth or asset management. A background in private markets would be valuable, as would previous experience in a consultancy, advisory, or solutions-based business.
