Your purpose will be to engage with members to ensure they receive a world-class member experience on every visit to JD Gyms. This includes upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, gym floor interaction, leading inductions, and teaching engaging group exercise classes.
Responsibilities:
1. Place member experience at the heart of everything you do by constantly engaging with members on the gym floor.
2. Deliver welcoming and engaging prospective member tours in line with JD Gyms brand standards.
3. Deliver engaging group exercise classes.
4. Provide informative member inductions.
5. Support prospective members with joining JD Gyms as required.
6. Conduct club standards checks, ensuring results are recorded accurately and in line with record-keeping procedures.
7. Support members with ad hoc assistance as needed.
8. Maintain high standards of cleanliness as set by Gym Management and Operations.
9. Ensure the club is safe, compliant, and maintains excellent brand standards at all times.
10. Monitor service delivery through performance metrics and member feedback.
11. Operate safely and legally at all times, complying with health and safety regulations.
12. Consider energy, environmental issues, and waste management in daily operations.
13. Analyze and present key data to support new ideas, initiatives, or developments.
