With ambitious growth plans and a reputation for technical excellence, they are looking to expand their Bournemouth team with the appointment of a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor.
The Role: This is a client-facing position suited to an experienced Senior Building Surveyor who enjoys autonomy, responsibility and managing projects from inception through to completion.
You will: Manage a broad range of professional and project instructions across multiple sectors Engage directly with clients and build strong, lasting relationships Lead instructions from proposal stage through to delivery and completion Deliver high-quality reports, specifications and contract administration services Work independently while collaborating within an integrated team Contribute to business development and support the continued growth of the London office This role offers genuine scope to take ownership of your work and play an active role in the development of the business.
Who Were Looking For: We are keen to receive applications from professional individuals (preferably MRICS or MCIOB qualified) who can demonstrate: 510 years post-qualification experience (Senior level) Strong communication and organisational skills Leadership capability and confidence in a client-facing environment Commercial awareness and sound professional judgement Drive, initiative and willingness to take ownership If you are not yet Chartered but have the experience and determination to achieve MRICS status, we would also welcome your application for consideration. xsngvjr
