Job Description
Henderson Design Group is the UK’s leading wallpaper designer, manufacturer and online retailer, based in Hartlepool. Across our three distinct home decor brands, I Love Wallpaper, Lust Home and Lucie Annabel, we design, print, sell and dispatch wallcoverings from our North East operation.
We are ambitious, fast-moving and continually evolving, with long-term plans to grow our brands, expand our reach and strengthen the way we connect with customers across every digital touchpoint.
The opportunity
This is a great opportunity for a digital marketer who wants more than a narrow channel role.
You will be working across three growing home decor brands, close to the people designing the products, building the websites, creating the campaigns and serving the customers. That means your work will not sit in isolation. You will see how campaigns perform, how customers respond and where better marketing can make a real difference. The role would suit someone who enjoys joining the dots between brand, creative, ecommerce, data and performance, and who wants the scope to help shape how our brands grow online.
About the role
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will help plan, deliver and improve digital marketing activity across I Love Wallpaper, Lust Home and Lucie Annabel. This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety. You will be involved in campaign planning, digital channels, creative briefs, reporting, ecommerce performance and the ongoing improvement of how we attract and convert customers.
You will work closely with the Marketing Director, ecommerce, design, product and agency teams to deliver joined-up campaigns that strengthen our brands, improve performance and help us reach more customers across each stage of the digital journey.
Key responsibilities
Build a best-in-class customer journey across our digital channels.
•Develop, plan and deliver digital marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, affiliates, organic social, PR and other relevant channels.
•Work closely with the Marketing Director to support the digital marketing strategy across all three brand websites.
•Collaborate with the marketing team, ecommerce team, creative studio, product design team and agency partners to deliver campaigns on time, on brand and on budget.
•Manage creative requirements and campaign assets, ensuring all activity is commercially focused and aligned to each brand.
•Report on performance using in-house and external data, including the development of a monthly marketing dashboard.
•Use insight, analytics and ROI reporting to identify opportunities, improve performance and maximise marketing investment.
•Champion clear, consistent brand communication externally with customers and internally across the business.
•Support the day-to-day management of agency partners and help develop capability within the wider marketing team.
Knowledge, skills and experience
•3 to 5 years’ experience planning and delivering digital marketing campaigns.
•Strong working knowledge of digital channels including paid search, paid social, affiliates, organic social and PR.
•Good understanding of ecommerce marketing, conversion and customer acquisition.
•Confident using data and analytics to report on performance and make commercially focused recommendations.
•Experience with tools such as GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads and wider marketing reporting platforms.
•Strong planning, project management, communication and organisational skills.
•Budget management experience and confidence working with ROI targets.
•Collaborative working style, with experience working across internal teams and external agencies.
•Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•Awareness of current digital marketing trends and a desire to keep improving campaign performance.
Desired but not essential
•Creative flair and a strong eye for on-brand marketing content.
•A passion for lifestyle, interiors or home decor brands that inspire customers.
•A marketing, digital business or professional qualification.
•Understanding of eCRM and customer retention activity.
About you

•Salary band £40,000-£46,000 depending on experience.
