We are looking for a female Night Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
As a support worker you will encourage and enable the people we support to lead a full and happy life.
We work with them to ensure they have more choice and control in their lives.
We find out their strengths, abilities and preferences so that the care provided can be as person-centred and meaningful to each individual as possible.
You will work 40 hours a week, covering 12 hour nightshifts on a rota basis making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care.
