Pay: £90 - £95 Daily Rate | Long-Term with Potential for Permanent Role

We are working with a specialist SEN school committed to nurturing vulnerable students with Severe Learning Difficulties, behavioural sensory based challenges, and Autism.
The school provides a therapeutic, trauma-informed setting where students are supported holistically to succeed both in and out of the classroom, and the staff work with their pupils, offering wraparound support.
About the Role:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Work 1:1 with students who need tailored support
* Facilitate small group sessions to promote engagement and social skills
* Collaborate closely with teachers and therapists to support academic progress
* Help create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment
* Play a key role in students' emotional regulation and daily wellbeing
About You:
* Experience working with young people with SLD, autism, or related needs
* Calm, empathetic, and resilient approach to behaviour
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for inclusive education and student welfare
* A background in education, youth work, psychology, or similar is advantageous.
