Purpose of the Construction Manager: Support and develop the successful delivery of projects using key project management principles, including risk management, change management, schedule management and quality whilst always maintaining a focus on safety. Overseeing H&S forums and implementing H&S initiatives, ensuring safety is at the forefront of the construction phase. Identify and document specific actions including establishing milestone to be performed to produce the project deliverables. Review plans with architects, surveyors, and engineers. Management of on-site logistics. Maintaining and developing excellent Stakeholder and Alliance relationships. Support the development of more junior staff through technical training and mentoring. Feed into project programmes, design reviews and contract scope documents. What you can bring: OND, HND, Degree or equivalent Membership of a recognised construction-related professional body. Extensive experience of working in a nuclear environment. Site Construction experience. Authoring of operating procedures. Apply risk assessment and management principles and processes.
