Flexibility in care is crucial, and our client's organization requires compassionate individuals to support individuals with various needs.
These needs include dementia care, nursing and palliative care, and short-term/respite and residential care. Each site has between 40–56 en-suite rooms, and a stable, supportive care team ensures high-quality services.
Care Assistants will work with residents requiring personal care and support with daily living tasks. They may also administer medication (where trained), record care notes and observations accurately, assist with social activities and emotional wellbeing, and provide one-to-one or two-to-one support as needed.
This opportunity offers flexible shift arrangements that fit around your availability and commitments. You will be working within a well-run provider that values its care teams, providing quick onboarding and friendly support. Your hourly rate will be competitive.
We are seeking Care Assistants or Support Workers with a minimum of six months' experience who genuinely care about delivering excellent care. If you have the right skills and qualifications and share our passion for quality care, we'd love to hear from you.
