This is a brand-new role, giving you the opportunity to shape the market entry strategy and be at the forefront of building a dealer and distribution network from the ground up.
The Role
As National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Launching the brand into the UK & Ireland industrial markets.
* Identifying, onboarding, and supporting distributors to drive sales growth.
* Delivering technical product training to dealer teams and end-users.
* Organising joint sales activities such as trade shows, dealer open days, and product demonstrations.
* Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
* Developing regional sales strategies, setting and achieving targets, and reporting on performance.
