Coventry Building Society have an exciting new role for a PMO Planning Management Lead, in CIDO.
The role holder will own and lead the Integration Programme planning and dependency management frameworks, driving development of plans and the broader two-year integration roadmap in collaboration with workstream and delivery leads
This role has a requirement to work in the Coventry office for 1 - 2 days per week as a minimum.

About you
You will be passionate about creating a culture of continuous improvement, learning from mistakes and using this experience to change how you and the team respond to similar situations in the future.
You will be a seasoned change management professional with strong stakeholder management skills and will be active in supporting the Integration Director and the Integration Management Office to regularly report on programme progress, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders. This includes preparing presentations, reports and dashboards.
To be successful in this role, it’s essential that you’re able to:
5. Demonstrate a proven knowledge of delivery control frameworks, such as Risk Management, Dependency Management and
6. Delivery Frameworks. Extensive experience of process analysis, definition, reporting, and documentation, with lots of experience supporting Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
7. Promote execution focus through close monitoring of progress against the plan, test robustness through constructive challenge and artefact reviews and updating key programme planning artefacts.
8. From a planning perspective; identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact the integration
9. Manage changes to the programme plan through the change control process, ensuring that changes are impact assessed, documented, approved and implemented.
10. Identify opportunities for process improvement to improve the programme planning and execution processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
11. Act as the key point of contact to provide progress updates on the Integration Programmes Regulatory Actions and ensure this remains aligned to plan
12. Prior experience of working in a similar role within Financial Services / Banking.
Desirable skills for this role are:
13. You’ll ideally have previous experience of integrations, mergers and acquisitions, having worked on large change programmes of work with high levels of complexity.
