We're looking for a strategic and commercially minded Senior Solutions Architect to join our NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) consulting team. Specialising in AI and Automation, you'll be part of a dynamic and growing practice within our Sector vertical, covering HR, Finance and Commercial Consulting.
What you'll be doing:
* Designing the blueprint for automation and AI projects.
* Advising clients on secure and scalable solutions.
* Ensuring quality, compliance and scalability across all technical solutions.
* Mentoring others and developing the automation capability of the wider business.
* Overseeing delivery across multiple projects and supporting proposals and costings.
* Providing technical governance including code reviews and architecture standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Proven experience in strategic consulting and intelligent automation delivery.
* Strong technical expertise in UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, Python and Azure AI.
* Experience leading RPA teams, ideally within the NHS.
* Ability to mentor and guide developers and consultants.
* A proactive attitude towards emerging technologies and innovation.
* Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical partners.
Nice to have:
* NHS background or experience working with NHS systems and partners.
* Experience as a Senior Developer or Solutions Architect in automation-led transformation.
* Knowledge across POPIT disciplines and enterprise architecture.

Internal Recruiter & Compensation:
Internal Recruiter: Soraya. Salary: £67,000 to £77,500. Benefits: £5,400 car allowance, 25 days annual leave with the option to buy additional days, private medical, life assurance, pension, and generous flexible benefits fund.
