Dedicate Recruitment are proud to be supporting a respected national specialist college and residential care provider, in the appointment of a Payroll Manager to join their small and dedicated Payroll Team based at the main campus in Mansfield. We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Payroll Manager who thrives in a varied and fast-paced environment. The Payroll Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll process for the charity and its two subsidiaries, covering approximately 650 staff. Duties include: * Collating and maintaining payroll information in line with statutory requirements. * Managing monthly payroll submissions across multiple systems (Cascade and Moneysoft). * Processing payments, deductions, and pension contributions, including auto-enrolment and opt-outs. * Preparing and submitting monthly reports to HMRC, RTIs, and year-end documentation such as P60s and P11Ds. * Responding to staff and external queries promptly and professionally. * Producing payroll and financial reports and liaising with the People and Finance teams to meet key deadlines. The successful Payroll Manager will have: * A Level 5 CIPP qualification (or equivalent) with a solid track record in end-to-end payroll experience. * Strong knowledge of UK payroll, tax, and compliance regulations. * Excellent accuracy, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. * The ability to manage your workload effectively while supporting colleagues within a small, collaborative team.
