Requirements
* Minimum of 5 (five) years of work experience in heavy / industrial business and preferably in power sector.
* Minimum of 3 (three) years in subcontract management experience, this includes commercial, con-tractual and construction awareness.
* Technical background is advantageous.
* Experience of successfully coordinating and managing multiple subcontracts / tasks effectively.
* Proficient with standard form and bespoke contracts.
* Proficiency in MS Office 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint and Outlook.
* Strong ability to communicate in English
Qualifications
* Relevant third level degree qualification (Bachelor’s degree) in commercial related field i.e. BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
* Ideally be chartered / working towards chartership.
