About the Role: As Deputy Manager, you will support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive. Youll lead by example, supporting and inspiring your team to deliver high-quality early years practice in line with the EYFS.

Key Responsibilities: Support the Nursery Manager with the daily operational running of the nursery.
Lead and mentor staff to maintain high standards of care and education.
Ensure compliance with Ofsted, safeguarding, and all statutory requirements.
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Contribute to planning, assessment, and the development of exciting learning opportunities.
Deputise for the Manager in their absence.
About You: Minimum Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) essential .
Strong knowledge of the EYFS and current childcare legislation.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
A genuine passion for providing outstanding early years education.
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a nursery setting.
