Showroom Host (Part time- Saturday + Bank Holiday), Canterbury Volkswagen
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist / Host to join our Volkswagen dealership in Canterbury, Kent.
With experience in a similar role and a willingness to foster strong working relationships, this is a great opportunity for a receptionist to work in an established dealership. As a Volkswagen Host, you should share your passion for our brand every day and immerse customers in the world of Volkswagen here in Canterbury. You will welcome every customer through our doors, managing their visit by directing them to the correct department efficiently and offering refreshments throughout. You will also manage incoming calls and will be responsible for connecting the diallers to the right department promptly.
Dividing the working day between taking care of our customers, dealing with inbound enquiries, and assisting the Sales and Aftersales teams.
The company offer training on the skills, processes and equipment used to manage our customers.
However, due to our customer focused culture, we are ideally looking for an individual with confidence and some basic IT skills to deal with inbound customer telephone enquires as well as inbound email enquiries.
