Your Role
As the Activities Manager, you will:
* Lead and manage the efficient operation of all activities in the Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim, and Families Departments within your DL Club.
* Act as Duty Manager, taking responsibility for the smooth operation of the entire club.
* Recruit, train, and empower your team to ensure they bring their A-game every day, delivering an exceptional experience to our members.

About You
As our Activities Manager, we are looking for someone who:
* Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
* Can lead a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals across different departments.
* Possesses excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Has experience in financial planning and management.
* Is passionate about customer service.
