Your Key Responsibilities: Support in the Classroom: Assist with daily lessons, bringing creativity and movement into learning wherever possible. PE & Sports Focus: Lead and support physical education sessions, sports games, and activities that promote teamwork and healthy lifestyles. Small Group Support: Provide tailored help to students, particularly those who benefit from more active, hands-on learning approaches. After-School Clubs: Help organise or run lunchtime and after-school sports clubs or enrichment sessions. Positive Behaviour Support: Use your energy and rapport-building skills to promote positive behaviour and engagement. Practical Support: Help set up lessons, sports equipment, and maintain a safe and fun environment for learning. What We’re Looking For: Sporty & Energetic: You're active, love sport, and know how to channel that enthusiasm to motivate children. Great Communicator: Able to build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents. Team-Focused: Works well with others in a collaborative and supportive way. Empathetic & Encouraging: Shows patience, kindness, and positivity in everything you do. Organised & Reliable: You’re dependable, punctual, and great at keeping things running smoothly. Ideal Background: Experience working with children or young people (in schools, clubs, camps, coaching, etc.). A background in sports, coaching, physical education, or similar is a strong advantage.
