The Role
Reporting to the Chief Strategy & Communications Officer, the Senior Strategy Manager will support the development, implementation, and reporting of the firm’s global strategy. This includes researching, preparing briefs, reports, and presentations for senior leadership, and working closely with the Chief Strategy & Communications Officer.
This role is pivotal during a strategic transformation, working with international teams across various functions and liaising with US colleagues. You will interpret briefs, provide strategic advice, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key responsibilities
1. Strategic planning with the Senior Leadership Team for short, medium, and long-term goals
2. Implementing strategic plans
3. Reporting on targets and KPIs
4. Research and analysis, including growth opportunities, competitive positioning, horizon scanning, and financial performance using tools like Pirical
5. Creating business cases and strategic documents
6. Managing stakeholders across international teams

* Proven success in strategy development within professional services, legal industry, or management consulting
* Strong leadership, teamwork, and inspirational skills
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
* First-class numerical skills and attention to detail
* Motivated, results-driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience working with diverse international teams and cultural sensitivity
* Adaptability to change and a proactive approach to innovation
* Strong organizational skills to manage priorities and deadlines
