As a Care Home Manager, you will: Oversee daily operations of a residential and nursing care home. Lead and support a team of Clinical Leads and care staff. Collaborate with the Operations Team and Deputy Manager to maintain quality standards. Ensure staff training and compliance, promoting residents' rights. Keep up-to-date with clinical knowledge and implement best practices. Conduct clinical supervision and competency assessments. Build strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.
