Sue Ross Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, a highly respected membership organisation, to recruit a Part-Time Office Administrator for a 3-month temporary contract. This is a Part-Time role (25 hours) spread over 5 days and has hybrid working with one day a week in the office.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will play a key administrative role across departments, supporting daily operations.
Key Responsibilities for the Office Administrator:
1. Deliver excellent administration support
2. Monitor shared inboxes
3. Keep database & CRM up to date
4. Answering any incoming enquiries
5. Supporting office management duties
6. Helping support Awards team as required
7. General office support
Candidate Requirements for the Office Administrator:
8. Strong organisational skills & attention to detail
9. Adaptable & able to juggle mutliple taks
10. Previous administion support experience
11. Available to commit to the full 3-month duration
