Maintenance Plumber

£35,000 - £37,000
The Role
We are recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber to join a well-established facilities management contract covering Salisbury, Basingstoke, Andover, Warminster and surrounding areas.
This is a stable, Monday-Friday role with a mix of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, working across commercial and government sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance across commercial plumbing systems
* Fault finding and repair of water and drainage systems
* Repair cracked pipework, clear blockages, and maintain complex plumbing systems
* Carry out leak detection, soldering and brazing works
* Install, modify and repair plumbing components including:
o Valves, traps, unions and backflow prevention devices
o Water heaters, tanks, sinks, showers and storage systems
* Ensure all works are completed in line with current regulations and site standards
* Accurately complete job reports using PDA systems
What We're Looking For
* Level 2 or Level 3 Plumbing qualification
* Strong experience in commercial plumbing / building services maintenance
* Background in FM or commercial property environments
* Experience with both reactive maintenance and PPM
* Full UK driving licence
