Cobalt is looking for an experienced Environmental Services Manager to lead and develop our in-house Environmental Service. You will provide day-to-day leadership to the team leaders, environmental operative and specialist subcontractors, ensuring teams are motivated, supported and consistently deliver high standards. The role combines strong operational oversight with a commercial mindset. You will identify opportunities to grow the service, improve value and enhance customer satisfaction, while addressing operational challenges and implementing effective, practical solutions. You will help establish best practice, drive improvements and performance. At the heart of the role is a commitment to excellent service delivery.
