THE ROLE
The Client HR Tech Lead oversees the technical landscape for Alight’s global payroll clients. They work closely with clients to understand their needs, providing guidance to optimize HR technology solutions aligned with their business goals and HR transformation initiatives. They stay updated on product upgrades, identify opportunities for innovation, and support the Client Service Lead to enhance client perception and technical delivery excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide end-to-end HR technology expertise and best practices within the contracted landscape.
* Support client technical design post-go-live, leading discussions on standard and customized solutions.
* Coordinate product upgrades and promote increased client utilization of HR technology.
* Lead cross-client technical initiatives and ensure technological health of service delivery.
* Manage technical change requests and documentation updates.
REQUIREMENTS
* Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with senior clients and internal teams.
* Knowledge of Alight’s product portfolio (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle hrX, payroll engines, time solutions, etc.) and best practices for integration.
* Problem-solving mindset and coordination skills.
