Unit Role : To command, prepare and generate assigned FE@R for current operations and deliver capability to contingent forces IAW the Army Operating Order. Position Role : Lead for all Regular and Army Reserve Training DLOD matters. Domestic Considerations: Post is held at R2: no less than MLD. Remote working supported when in the UK. Responsibilities : 1. Lead for all Bde Army Res and Reg training policy issues, requirements, force prep, assurance and validation. 2. Responsible to all Bde units concerning Individual, Collective and Jnt Trg requirements, Employment and Specialist quals SOTR, Mil languages, PD, BFS and AT. 3. Bde Lead for implementation of LTS and the routine Force Preparation of Bde units incl TEG at OF6 and OF4 level. 4. Integrate the G7 programme into G5 outputs to optimise opportunities to support NFM and sovereign activities. 5. Support Bde in-year resource management and support to FCE/screening through MIS. 6. Responsible for coordinating Training LOE for Bde HQ Readiness and monitoring subordinate unit performance. 7. Responsible for co-ordination and delivery of all Bde operational assurance activity. 8. Other tasks as directed by COS.
