Hybrid Energy Engineer – Technical Support (Graduate or Experienced) | Leeds
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, mainly office-based with occasional business visits | £28,000 - £45,000, depending on experience (Graduate/Experienced)

Note: The role requires travel to meet clients and visit locations within the UK, with potential support for clients worldwide, mainly in Europe, North America, and the Middle East.
Candidate Requirements
* Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (Undergraduate/Postgraduate)
* Background in electrical and electronic engineering
* Knowledge of computing and programming
* Technical experience with BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) and hybrid energy products
* Experience in maintenance or production of hybrid energy systems is advantageous
* At least 2 years of experience in electrical and electronic engineering within the power industry
* Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and colleagues
* Ability to multitask with minimal supervision
* Analytical skills to assess market changes and communicate findings effectively
* Attention to detail and adaptability to changes
* Teamwork skills within technical departments and other company divisions
* Interest in technology to support aftersales technical queries
* Discipline in adhering to company policies and procedures
Role Responsibilities
* Assist in developing tenders, liaising with contractors, and negotiating contracts technically
* Support the sales team with technical inquiries
* Provide technical consulting and solutions for clients and end-users
* Collaborate with the service team for pre/in/after-sales support
* Ensure client compliance with legal, company, and governmental regulations
* Prepare reports and improvement plans for management
* Support the development and launch of the new hybrid energy product line to B2B clients
